The objective of the Private Sector Support initiative is to empower the development of Bahrain’s private sector to make it the engine of economic growth in the Kingdom, through enabling growth opportunities, supporting productivity improvements and boosting competitiveness in the marketplace. Tamkeen's initiatives are designed to provide businesses with access to know-how that supports improvements in productivity and decrease reliance on expatriate as well as providing access to capital to alleviate short-term cash constraints; thus enabling growth or productivity improvements.
